1. Christine Lattanzio

Christine Lattanzio began her journey at PwC’s New York office in 1996 as an associate consultant. Due to her exceptional dedication and skill, she rose to the partner position in 2001 at the age of just 28. (Source)

2. Mary Eich

Mary Eich became a partner at the Virginia office of KPMG when she was 29 years old. Before that, she was a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. (Source)

Just like PwC and KPMG, EY also focuses on harboring young partners in their offices worldwide. 

Below are 3 of the youngest partners working at EY:

1. Julie Boland

Julie Boland achieved partner status at the EY Ohio office when she was 28 years old. Then, she swiftly grabbed the role of office managing partner within the following two years. Currently, Julie holds the prestigious position of US Chair. (Source)

3. Janet Truncale

3. Jad Shimaly

1. Kristina Agbunag

2. Christopher Ahl
